About Us

Seacoast Adopt-A-Block is a non-profit humanitarian organization providing free labor for home repair and home maintenance primarily for the widows, the disabled, and the elderly. Our volunteers and staff love to help people in need and they include both skilled and unskilled laborers and paid and unpaid workers.

Why We Exist

For some people, doing small chores, changing a light bulb, raking leaves, shoveling a snow covered walkway, caulking a door or window, or mowing the lawn can seem like a very difficult task.

For some people, either the lack of finances, the lack of ability, personal health concerns, or other issues facing the aged or disabled hinder these jobs from getting done.

It is for this reason that Seacoast Adopt-A-Block exists.
